About Us
Bal Basera Seva Sansthan is a non-government charitable organization registered under Society’s Registration Act 1958. This Sansthan aims at improving status of life of HIV+/ AIDS victims and integrate them with the mainstream of society. This Sansthan is engaged in building awareness among people against the stigma associated with HIV/AIDS and its prevention. It arranges the medical aids to HIV positives on regular basis carries out counselling, provides educational services and also arranges to associate HIV+ people with the govt. schemes. Besides, we organized rallies, seminars, workshops, community meetings, campaigns to build up an environment in the favor of HIV+ people and managing their miseries and discrimination against them.

Misson
To improve the standard of living of HIV infected children and women in the society and to prevent the infection of HIV/AIDS in the society.

Helping HIV infected children; women and men to create a respectful environment in the society for them, so that they can live healthy, happy and with respect.
Goal
Initiate of Child Care Home (Care and Support Center) for children suffering from critical illness (HIV/AIDS). Helping widow women to make them self-reliant.

Mr. Dinesh Joshi
It is my good prosperity that I have got the invaluable opportunity to established Bal Basera Seva Sansthan. Bal Basera Seva Sansthan has been serving human work for the last 14 years to improve the quality of life of HIV infected/affected children and women. The organization is running a Child Care Home for HIV infected children, where all the HIV infected children are living their lives with health & dignity and after completing 18 years, the children residing in the Care Home are rehabilitated. The above Child Care Home is operating under the government of Rajasthan in laws of State Juvenile Justice Act 2015 and Child Rights Department of Rajasthan.
Apart from this, the Bal Basera Seva Sansthan also provides necessary support to HIV infected women and children in the society (besides the Care Home’s Children) like counseling, providing treatment, link with various government schemes, distributions of education and food materials.
HIV infected people are also an integral part of the society, they also have the right to respect in the society and live a healthy life. Therefore, my goal is that HIV infected children, women and men should take their regular treatment and play a positive role in preventing HIV in the society. Especially seeing the smile on the faces of HIV infected children and their courage to live life gives great relief to the mind.
It is a matter of great pride for us that till now the Bal Basera Seva Sansthan has been successful in bringing change (improvement) in the quality of life of hundreds of HIV infected children and women. I, Dinesh Joshi, express my heartfelt thanks and congratulations to all the colleagues and NGOs who directly and indirectly support in this humanitarian service run by the Bal Basera Seva Sansthan. All the employees of the Bal Basera Seva Sansthan also deserve thanks who are rendering their services in this noble work. Thanks again to all of you.
